Convenient location near amenities (7-11, Mr DIY).
Unhygienic (cockroaches in bathroom), mould in shower. Furnishings were broken (door latch) or missing (fridge).

Dirty with cockroaches. No basic amenities like hair dryer

Room was very dirty. There was dust and webs at corners of the room and under the tables . Cockroaches were found in the room. The door will malfunction and I got locked out a few times. No electric kettle in room. The fridge was faulty.
Everything just fine the place .. and the facilities just there’s smell of sweating guy overall was great the cleanliness

Toilet no privacy if stay with 2 person. The gap between toilet door frame and toilet door is big. And still can see inside toilet from bottom and upper door.
