Warm friendly and welcoming.
Pros:

A lovely experience. We wanted an early check in as we were attending an afternoon concert and Chloe was so helpful and we even got into our room at midday. The room was spacious, warm and very comfortable and the breakfast the following morning was lovely. All the staff were friendly and happy to help. Good central location to the lovely town of Lytham. Would recommend.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect.
