One night stay
Pros:

Although the property didn't look it's best on the outside, inside the corridors were well decorated and room was very comfortable, too.
All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The outside of the building was off putting due to renovations and there was no parking available at the time although we were told the parking would be available towards the end of the month. Street parking was an option or a local pay and display.

100% would come back again.
Pros:

Location was perfect in the central of Lytham, staff were super friendly and the rooms very spacious, clean and airy. Really liked it.

Cons:

It is above a pub so may be noisy, but personally this didn’t bother me at all and I slept soundly. Breakfast was very meagre.
