Excellent and so clean including the pub loos
Pros:

The room we had was excellent, very spacious, very clean (1 x large double and Sofa Bed). The staff were all very helpful and contributed greatly to our short stay. We will definitely be coming again.

Cons:

Very limited on-site parking, but on road parking was easily available (May - outside holiday period)

We seem to be put on the second floor so more flights of stairs and you don't seem to be able to let them know you would prefer the first floor.

Brilliant!
Pros:

As we travelled by train, this hotel was spot on being only a two minute walk away from the station. Location is brilliant, ideal for buses, shops, restaurants and the estuary front. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious especially with the bathroom having a large walk in shower. Breakfast was good and other meals were reasonably priced. All the staff we encountered were pleasant, cheerful and very helpful. We had a brilliant break, would love to visit again and would certainly recommend it.

Cons:

The room was very hot probably due to the extremely hot weather but the windows had restrictors on the openings which made it worse. We presume it is by law but surely it shouldn't apply to window openings 6 feet from ground level. We were given a fan but to be honest it didn't really help much at all, a draft through the windows would have been better.

Friendly, a warm and welcoming stay
Pros:

Lovely welcome, great room we were very impressed. Hosts were very friendly and breakfast was hearty and well cooked and tasty. Would definitely recommend.

The price was a little high but that’s all.
