It is a little expensive but prices everywhere seems higher when it's the festival. Having said that would stay again very good locat

We would stay again and I know the price for the room was escalated because of the festival .

The bar closed at 10-30 and after going back from a festival it would have been nice to have a drink and relax .

We will return as it’s a great place to stay with easy access to all the amenities of Lytham.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and spotless. Good location for town centre shops and staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No hot water in the bathroom .Reported it to staff. No hot food available for evening meal on arrival as there was a problem with the kitchen.Breakfast was adequate but poor selection of fresh fruit .
