Hotelpersonal super freundlich. Alles super sauber.
Pros:

Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Bett war sehr bequem. Kissen leider viel zu groß und zu hoch. Zimmer leider ohne Ausblick daher etwas enttäuschend. Frühstück könnte qualitativ besser sein. Mehr regionale Produkte echter Orangensaft kein Nektar mit zugesetztem Zucker oder Käse aus Südtirol.

Cons:

Qualität Frühstück. Kissen zum schlafen zu hoch.

Do visual do quarto.

Cons:

A princípio não gostei que a rede do hotel me mudou de hotel sem meu consentimento, apenas informou, alegando um "UP Grade"
Fui pesquisar no próprio site do booking e adivinha, onde eu fiquei era quase 40 euros mais barato do que paguei. Como cheguei tarde e nao falo nada em inglês ou Italiano, nem discuti, deixei do jeito que estava. Mas se Deus quiser sera minha última vez comprando pelo booking, pois esta viagem começou errada desde o taxi que eles me propulseram no aeroporto que nao me esperou.

Bene ma acustica da sistemare
Pros:

Il personale è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima. La colazione adeguata anche se non c’era moltissima scelta.

Cons:

La stanza era ampia ma l’acustica è terribile. Si crea quell’effetto “stanza vuota” per il quale i rumori sono amplificati. Inoltre la porta della stanza non è insonorizzata e si crea un terribile effetto eco dal corridoio. In sostanza si sente sbattere le porte di tutti i vicini, inclusi quelli del piano inferiore perché la tromba delle scale é un ottimo canale acustico. Riassumendo: dovrebbero sostituire le porte delle stanze con altre maggiormente insonorizzate oppure aggiungere una porta che delimiti l’atrio della stanza

Pros:

devo dire che come hotel offre un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, molto cordiale la ragazza alla reception , colazione variegata e camera bella pulita e spaziosa con una bella vista montagne.

Cons:

purtroppo non c'è un parcheggio coperto per la moto , la camera davanti alla chiesina è molto bella come vista anche se la mattina alle 8 iniziano a suonare le campane :-) ma son dettagli.

Pros:

Camera molto confortevole, il bagno piccolo ma stupendo. Posizione top per gli impianti di risalita. Abbiamo usato e apprezzato sauna e bagno turco. Colazione buona e varia

Die Schlafzimmer sind als einziges noch nicht renoviert. Aber trotzdem super sauber etc. Aber nicht so neu wie die Badezimmer oder spa

Funcionários muito simpáticos

Reservei um quarto para três noites, paguei um preço relativamente alto e não tive o quarto que estava à espera de ter. O quarto nas fotos que nos mostram no momento da reserva é muito maior e com melhor vista. O nosso era pequeno e era no primeiro andar.
