the staff were friendly
the hotel was quite and relaxing

Cons:

no area to place suitcases-having to put luggage on the floor is very difficult due to severe back pain, a designated luggage spot would be greatly appreciated!

Apart from the discomfort of the pillow and mattress - the stay was worthwhile.

Stayed here a couple of times. Love the location and the parking.

Stayed at room 320. This time I do find it a little bit uncomfortable. The pillow and the mattress are quite smelly - musty -
