A comfortable and well-priced hotel, but not a luxury 4 star hotel as advertised
Pros:

The location was good - not far from the town, but also close to the countryside. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was fine. The room was a good size and was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel felt tired and in need of a refresh. The paintwork in the room was badly marked and it just felt very shabby. The walls in the corridors had paint coming off and the woodwork everywhere felt old and tatty. The hotel was comfortable enough, but just didn't match up to the photos. I cannot understand how some reviewers gave it a ten star rating, calling it 'exceptional'.

Compared to the rest of my time in Kerala it was below average though
The whole area was no where near as friendly as the rest of Kerala
I could have easily been back here in the Uk, it was of that standard of hospitality

The room was clean and provided additional bed for the third guest with the extra payment. Good option for NRIs visiting their families locally and need a place for comfortable sleep.

NICE and COZY Stay Value for money
Pros:

The Location and the Facilities are amazing. The Staff in the reception was very nice. The room ametities are also good. I was very happy to see Vilroy and Bosch in a Hotel in Pathanamthitta. In general it was very good.

Cons:

If the pressure in the Shower and health spray are better, the experience would be even greater.
The most horrible part was the breakfast. There was no Buffet on a Sunday morning!! we were made to wait for eternity to get a portion of upma!!! Could have ben avoided. Rest of our fellow travellers left without waiting for their breakfast
