Stay near the beach and walking street. But horrible experience

Cons:

Staffs behaviour is horrible
Paid for premium room and had to change the room thrice since aircon didn’t work in 2 of them.

Hygiène irréprochable, rue calme à proximité de toutes les zones touristiques de la ville, le staff est totalement à l'écoute, réactif et respectueux, les chambres sont très confortables et spacieuses, les équipements sont biens entretenus.

Stay here many times, never disappoints
Pros:

The sheets were very soft, blanket was perfect. Nice size room and very comfortable bed. Room was very clean. The view from the elevator was always nice. Great view of the beach.

Cons:

4 extra large pillow. I prefer a thinner pillow. Elevator does not have security, so anyone can come on your floor, Including a former guest

Pros:

For a 4 star rate hotel and price not meet my expectations
Material they use on building very cheap, staying on 16 floor the window and balcony sliding doors shake like paper leacks in the bathroom in my opinion that’s not the level of a 4 stars hotel

A great hotel with an excellent location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent location with 4-star facilities. The hotel is within walking distance of Central Pattaya, Pattaya Beach, and Walking Street, making it very convenient. The balcony offers a beautiful scenic sea view. The breakfast was excellent, and both the restaurant staff and hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The only minor issue was the fragrance used in the lobby, which wasn’t to my personal preference.
