We would absolutely stay there again.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great view of the valley and falls. They had a very nice breakfast spread, very fresh. We would absolutely stay there again.

Great location for viewing the falls and great breakfast.
Pros:

Great location with excellent views of the falls from our balcony and from the breakfast room. Great selection of food for the included breakfast. They also have a roomy community room with a library exchange.

Cons:

Room was very small. Barely had room for two carry on size bags.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

L'hôtel est parfaitement bien placé tout proche de la cascade.
La chambre est rustique mais les lits sont confortables.
Nous avions une chambre avec une double exposition, donc tres lumineuse, aucun vis à vis.
Le cours d'eau passe en contrebas, cela fait du bruit parce que le débit est fort, mais on n'entend rien une fois les fenêtres fermées.
Le personnel a été très agréable, de bon conseil. Pas de restaurant mais il y a une salle où l'on peut réchauffer son repas et manger, prendre thé ou café jusqu'à 22h.
L'espace fumeur avec fauteuils et table sur le coté de l'accueil a une vue imprenable sur la cascade.
Parking gratuit et spacieux, nous avons pu nous garer avant le check in et laisser la voiture la journee le jour du depart.

Cons:

Salle de bains petite, avec juste une douche et les WC. Le lavabo est dans la chambre.
Il n'y a rien pour poser ses affaires propres le temps de se laver à par un crochet placé très haut derriere la porte.
Le ventilateur dans la salle de bains s'allume avec la lumière et est très bruyant.

Comfortable hotel in great location
Pros:

The hotel had a nice character. Our attic room was very cute and comfortable. We used shared bathrooms which were clean and not busy. Breakfast was really good. Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Angenehmes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber insgesamt. Sauber.
Pros:

Gute Lage. Es gibt ein Picknick Zimmer und Tee und Kaffee tagsüber gratis .

Cons:

Wir hatten die beiden Zimmer unter dem Dach. Da wir zu dritt waren, haben wir zwei Zimmer benötigt.
Dafür war der Preis entsprechend hoch . Daher die schlechtere Bewertung beim Preis Leistungsverhältnis .
