Please note that the hotel is scheduled to undergo roof and façade renovations from 9 September 2026 until the end of the year. During this time, room and balcony views will be limited, and some daytime noise is to be expected. As a small thank you for our guests’ flexibility and understanding, a 20% discounted rate (Basic Deal) is being offered for this period instead of standard rates, and these special prices are already displayed online.

Most epic stay ever!
Pros:

view was incredible and breakfast was great! the room was cute too!

That there was no AC. The fan was fine but if it was hotter weather it would be Rought.

Pros:

スタッフの皆さんが笑顔で接してくれました。
リビングにコーヒー、紅茶、ミルクなどが長い時間提供されて、助かりました。
朝ごはんは美味しく、景色も最高です。
部屋からシュタウプバッハの滝が見えました。
ホテルは古いですが、そこも楽しむことが出来ました。

Excellent hospitality, breathtaking scenery, and a highly professional reception team. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Lauterbrunnen with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and waterfalls. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The reception team was particularly outstanding, very welcoming, professional, friendly, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was good, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing.
