Loved the stay, very comfortable, great food and what a beach!
Pros:

Amazing location virtually straight onto the beach. Part of a trio of hotels/guest houses in the same location

Cons:

Cottage Pie was furthest from the beach of the 3 hotels and the room didn’t have the best view

Die Lage und die Aussicht beim Frühstück, das Personal ist sehr um die Gäste bemüht

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch und müsste besser gereinigt werden , alle Lichtschalter und Türgriffe und auch der Boden sind nicht gut gepflegt.

Amazing property. They went above and beyond. It was my birthday and they decorated my bed so beautifully.
Pros:

Staff were exceptional, breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Music in the restaurant was lovely but it was a pity about the Spotify adverts

Traumhafte Lage am Robberg Beach.
Pros:

Bei der Buchung haben wir aus Versehen ein falsches Datum eingegeben und erst später bemerkt. Trotz Festbuchung hat man uns problemlos auf das richtige Datum umgebucht, wodurch wir sogar ein besseres Zimmer erhielten. Wir waren sehr froh darüber.
Die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit kurzem Weg zum Traumstrand Robberg Beach ist absolut traumhaft.

Cons:

Die Hotelanlage besteht aus mehreren unterschiedlichen (ehem. privaten) Häusern, die auf der Rückseite untereinander mit Wegen verbunden sind. Das Personal ist teils wenig motiviert. Am Frühstücksbuffet musten wir einer Mitarbeiterin beobachten, wie sie ihre verlängerten Fingernägel mit einem Zahnstocher reinigte. Der Gastraum wurde noch gefegt, nachdem die ersten Gäste bereits Platz genommen haben.Die Auswahl von Backwaren ist stark reduziert und konzentriert sich auf Toast, der in der Küche getoastet und dann an den Tisch gebracht wird. Am Ende des Frühstücks wird eine Abrechnung über R 0 kommentarlos präsentiert. Am oberen Pool läuft das Wasser der Dusche unterhalb des Hollzrostes direkt in den Pool. Im Zimmer haben sie während unseres 4- tägigen Aufenthalts nicht geschafft, in der Deckenlampe 3 von 3 defekten LED Leuchtmitteln zu ersetzen. Einer der beiden Sessel war durchgesessen, eine gebrochene Metallfeder schaute unten durch den zerfetzten Stoff heraus.

Toller Service, großes Zimmer. Tolle Lage direkt am Strand.
Pros:

Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns in unserem ersten Zimmer nicht so recht wohl gefühlt. Eine kurze Nachfrage hat gereicht und wir durften umziehen und haben dann glücklich unsere übrigen Tage verbracht. Ganz toll war das Frühstück. Mit vielen warmen Speisen zum Bestellen, frischem Obst und allem was man braucht.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im Cottage Pie sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Beautiful decor and location, right on the beach
Pros:

Beautiful waffles for breakfast and options to eat. Loved the turn down service in the room and my daughter loved the little chocolates left at the end of the evening. Toiletries were lovely too. The lower pool was brilliant too.

Cons:

In the self catering cottage, CP9 we had doors (With burglar bars)that opened right out onto a drive and quiet road and we weren't advised that we were able to park there etc. We felt maybe a little more vulnerable and out of the way at the back of the property because it felt a little more open and had booked Cottage Pie thinking we were more enclosed and could feel safe etc. That would probably be my only advice is to make families aware of this on booking.

Disappointing for what we paid.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good, location superb. Staff were lovely, although one or two seemed quite new.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, pillows rock hard. I did ask for some soft ones but they were tiny and not enough support. Matress was terrible! Lots of ants in the room, and the air con unit was noisy. Quite old and dripped on us a few times. There was work going on during the day in an adjacent room which is not acceptable during the summer season in my opinion. Also, on the two occasions we had room service, the empty plates were still on a table outside our room the following day.E
