Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mit außergewöhnlichem Ambiente. Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit. Gutes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis beim Frühstück

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns von innen sehr positiv überrascht , wir kannten das Hotel schon von aussen durch Spaziergänge im Park.
Sehr schön eingerichtet und viele schöne Ideen. Unser Zimmer war hell,freundlich sehr schön eingerichtet und ruhig und sehr sauber. Große Fensterfront, Richtung Wald. Frühstück war reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft kleine Schwierigkeiten beim einchecken. Rezeption war um 17.00h geschlossen, trotz Ankündigung unserer Ankunftzeit. Schnell gelöst das Personal des Restaurats kam uns zur Hilfe. Das nächste Mal wissen wir Bescheid.

Immer wieder gerne
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr schön. Der Aufenthaltsraum war wunderschön, sowas habe ich noch nie gesehen.

Cons:

Frühstück könnte besser sein, hab aber auch schon schlechteres gesehen

sehr ruhig gelegen (2 Min. zu Fuß zum See, 10 Min. mit dem Auto nach Schwerin); geräumige Zimmer; tolles Frühstücksbuffet; sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal; viele Parkplätze

Cons:

Verdunkelung der Zimmer war problematisch; leider kein Kühlschrank, keine Wasserflasche und auch kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer; Stühle unbequem, Tisch sehr klein; Restaurantessen (abends) leider zu teuer und nur mittelmäßig

Gutes Hotel für Seminare aber nicht für romantische Wochenenden
Pros:

Tolle Lage in der Natur. Große moderne Anlage mit Bar /Restaurant. Große Zimmer mit guter Möblierung.
Gutes Frühstück, aber nicht herausragend.

Cons:

Restaurant am Sonntag geschlossen.
Keine Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer! ( nicht standesgemäß)
Die Autobahn war aus bestem Zimmer zum See recht deutlich bei geöffnetem Fenster zu hören.
Keine 2. Kopfkissen
Keine Seife am Waschbecken!?
