So happy my normal hotel for staying with groups was full and I found Casa Delina, a great place!
Pros:

Location is top notch with great parking situation. Staff was excellent, the night watchman was a gem, great guy. Beautiful design and comfortable rooms. Definitely going back here

Do stay here!
Pros:

A truly beautiful hotel with uber spacious rooms. The garden has a great vibe. Personnel at the restaurant were friendly and accommodating. Food is delicious. A short walk from the main square.

Cons:

The room could've needed checking or spraying for bugs. Reception was like interrupting a family reunion where they stared at us from head to toe as we were checking in, that wasn´t too pleasant nor professional. Maybe it was only our room but it wasn´t the quietest at night with cars and people driving or walking to the parking in the back. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

die lage ist sehr zentral, die zimmer sind gross und bieten viel platz

es gibt keine klingel um am abend ins hotel zu gelangen, man muss ziemlich heftig ans garagentor klopfen damit man gehört wird

Großes, modern und schön eingerichtetes Zimmer zu einem schönen Garten-Innenhof, gleich ums Eck des Zócalo.

Stylish room, beautiful garden, perfect base for Montebello Lakes
Pros:

Great location in downtown Comitán, close to restaurants and easy to walk around. The hotel has a beautiful garden and a nice design. The room was clean, spacious, and stylish — we stayed in Room #8, which was large and very comfortable. Free on-site parking is a big plus.

A good choice for a one-night stay, especially if you are using Comitán as a base to visit the Montebello Lakes the next day.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning or heater, which may be uncomfortable depending on the weather.
