I don’t like the whole place coz it’s not well maintained, it’s old and the outside of the place is so dirty. Ang cr ay isa lng sa ibaba at ang dumi2 pa , ang bedsheet at mga towels ay ang dumi, nawawala ang tubig sa cr at sa lababo.

Era tutto sporco non c'erano le lenzuola pulite c'era dello sperma sopra le lenzuola o reclamato molto non c'era nemmeno la carta igienica un bagno da uno schifo molto deluso adesso cambia anche il nome non si chiama più così è differente la scrittura fuori fatela chiudere subito non prendete a impegni con questo società
I like how it was easily accessible from the road, we didn't have any trouble locating the property. Every store in Tagbilaran was accessible and we didn't have any issues booking transportation
It was not well maintained. The wooden floors were creaky, and we could hear the steps from the neighboring rooms. It was almost like a former college dorm turned into hostel. The photos were also not updated
I like that the location is close to ICM, Alturas, and BQ. I also like that the check in was smooth and fast.
Lower your expectation, you get what you pay for. If you want luxurious and clean place, book accordingly.
AC was perfectly working
- all the bathrooms were dirty
- so many ants on the walls
- floors not swept
- rooms has bad smells
- no shower
- no toiletries(although it says there is)
- no flat-screen TV(although it says there is)
- toilets are dirty
- one of the bathroom has cockroach
only the working people there.
Oh this is sooooo weird room, We booked for days but after staying for 3 hours finding about the situation and safety of the room, we have to look for other hotel. The only thing I like is the people that work there, they understood the situation. It is not livable with a broken restroom, broken pipe, unfinished paint, super dusty and just not safe for kids and adukts to live. Trash is everywhere outside. But after several calls to Booking and messaging, we have to ask for refund due to unsafe living, fortu nately, they refunded us. Good location for sure I just hope that they finished and keep it more livable for guests.
