Cons:

People at reception. Not professional. Dont speak English! Which is important when you work at a hotel. The guy in the evening was super friendly. The girl was friendly to but hard to understand.

One of the best hotels in India
Pros:

I like everything about this place.
Location is walking distance to the bus terminal, room is spotless, hot water in the shower, internet is working and TV, AC as well, comfortable bed, kettle in the room.
Room has a nice set up and is bigger than most in Asia.
Staff is caring and helpful.
I don't ask for more and will be back for sure.
