Helpful staff, they did their best to help change the room, offer a good parking spot and other little things.
Rooms were outdated, overpriced for what it offers, this hotel needs immediate upgrades and repairs. It is not a good value for money.

When i arrived and used the toilet, it didn't flush any water, had to call someone to fix it.
They did but during the whole stay i had to manually fix because the water would go and not stop.
The shower head broke, so they need to pay attention to things that need fixing.
The first day i had breakfast i saw moulded bread so didn't bother to get any, the rest of the food was fine
Struttura moderna a pochi passi dal centro. Colazione molto abbondante servita nel suggestivo sky bar. Camera molto spaziosa , di un livello superiore, dotata di ogni comfort.
Personale gentile ed educato , menzione speciale per la signora addetta alle colazioni, davvero squisita. Parcheggio riservato in strada in una zona tranquilla.

Very spacious and clean rooms, excellent and very friendly staff – kudos for the selection (for example, the very smart, radiant, helpful, and polite Mariana at the reception).
But mediocre breakfast – not bad & not good either, just okay. I have to emphasize the excellent start of the day – breakfast is served on the rooftop restaurant and terrasses! Excellent panoramic view of Veliko Tarnovo.
Honestly, I recommend staying at the Concorde Hotel. Fair price/quality/ location ratio.

Pat confortabil, camera spațioasă. Pentru fumători exista un balcon mic. Situat in apropierea unor terase/ orașul vechi.
Baia poate fi modernizata.
