Pros:

-le gérant très sympa et accueillant.
- les cocktails sur le Rooftop sont vraiment un plus ! ( et les cocktails sont très bons )
-très bien placé mais on se sent tranquille

Cons:

- pas de chauffage, à voir c'est le cas partout sur l'Ile. ( pas la catastrophe mais peut-être embêtant )
- les rideaux qui laisse passer un peu la lumière le soir

Excellent small individual places to stay
Pros:

Lovely small hotel feel. Really friendly and welcoming staff: thanks to Fabián, Roberto and Dana. So good but rare nowadays to find individual places to stay. Excellent breakfast choices: so nice not to see a Full English option. Really close to centre of everything in town and only 10 minutes stroll from ferry port. If you go for a more expensive studio room there's actually masses more space in them. Worth it. Smokers (like me) note: no smoking allowed on small balcony.

Cons:

Outside influences *which were in no way the fault of the accommodation*. A lot of redecorating and renovation going on in town and close to hotel, plus a really annoying flickering street light. Bring an eye mask and ear plugs and all will be fine.

wunderbares buntes Stadthotel mit tollem Personal
Pros:

So ein nettes kleines Hotel - Zentral in der Stadt Santa Cruz gelegen. Kein Parkplatz am Haus, aber wir hatten Glück immer an der Uferstraße einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wir wurden vom Personal sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war schön, mit Meerblick und wir konnten herrlich gut schlafen. Jeden Tag kam der Room-Service - wo gibt es das denn noch so ?? Das Frühstück wird in dem Café im Erdgeschoss eingenommen. Es war sehr lecker, guter Kaffee, abwechslungsreich mit allem was das Herz begehrt und wieder mit sehr aufmerksamen Personal. Was will man denn mehr... vielleicht noch einen Absacker auf dem Rooftop mit Meerblick... Genau.... sehr gerne buchen und auch genießen.

Brilliant guest house in the heart of Santa Cruz. Great room with cute balcony and wonderful view. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the rooftop bar. Excellent value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

Pros:

Me gustó todo. La ubicacion. La atención recibida a la llegada, nos ofrecieron algo para tomar.
La recepción/ bar está decorado con mucho gusto, te sientes bien. Si vuelvo, seguro que me alojo aquí y no dudaré en recomendarlo.

Pros:

Top Lage, einmaliger Blick von der Dachterrasse. Man konnte vom Zimmer das Wellenrauschen hören. Zimmer mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. An der Rezeption kann man sich Trinkflaschen mit gefiltertem Wasser auffüllen lassen. Nur eine Querstraße vom Trubel entfernt (trubelig wird es nur wenn ein Kreuzfahrtschiff anlegt) und trotzdem ruhig. Frühstück sehr sauber, klein, aber sehr fein. Hervorragender Kaffee auch mit Milchalternativen wird frisch vom Personal zubereitet.
