La ubicación al lado de la playa y el desayuno
Tolle Lage direkt am Strand und in der belebten Einkaufsstraße, nettes freundliches Personal, Zimmer besonders sauber
Frühstück könnte ein bisschen abwechslungsreicher sein
Mooie ruime kamer en comfortabele badkamer (met uitzicht op zee).

Ontbijt was rijkelijk en heerlijk!
Ook mochten we extra brood, vruchten en sapjes als lunch meenemen!
Ondanks dat het hotel van te voren aangaf dat er thee en koffiefaciliteiten op de kamer aanwezig waren, was dit niet mogelijk volgens de receptie.
De airconditioning gaf weinig verkoeling ondanks we deze op de laagste temperatuur (16 graden) en de hoogste ventilatie stand hadden gezet.
Top Lage, hübsch und stilvoll
La ubicación, está cerca de todo. Y justo enfrente de la playa.
El ruido dentro del hotel. Por las mañanas me despertaba con ruido de arrastrar muebles, supongo que estaban arreglando las habitaciones, pero hay huéspedes que queremos descansar. Sé que no es culpa del hotel, pero que los huéspedes vayan dando voces por los pasillos...

Très bien situé dans le centre de Santa Cruz. Accueil aimable. Il n'est pas aisé de stationner en ville et il n'y a pas de parking a proximité immédiate, mais une place réservée juste en face de l'hôtel permet de faire le check-in facilement.

La ubicación, y el concepto de hotel pequeño en un edificio emblemático rehabilitado donde el trato es cercano y personal.
La limpieza de la habitación, al menos el primer día podría ser un poco más intensa. El secador de pelo tampoco funcionaba del todo bien.
La habitación limpia, nos la dieron antes de la hora estimada d entrada. El desayuno con zumo natural, que hoy por hoy es bastante raro. Bastante acogedor todo
