Num dos dias de nossa hospedagem (segunda-feira), praticamente não existiam opções para jantar nas proximidades do hotel (mas isso não é responsabilidade do hotel). Faço o registro para prevenir eventuais novos hóspedes...

O hotel fica localizado numa propriedade linda, com muito espaço, área verde e um silêncio perfeito para descansar. Os quartos são simples, mas bem amplos e confortáveis. A localização é ótima, bem no meio do Vale dos Vinhedos, e com acesso fácil às principais vinícolas e outros passeios.

Cons:

O hotel divulga que o café da manhã é servido das 7h às 10h. Mas, no período da nossa hospedagem, às 10h05min a equipe do restaurante já estava recolhendo os itens do buffet, sem dar tempo de terminarmos o café. INclusive tive que pedir para o atendente me deixar pegar mais um pão de queijo e ele foi grosseiro comigo.
Se o café é servido até às 10h, significa que os hóspedes podem entrar no salão até este horário e tomar seu cafe com calma. Se precisam encerrar mais cedo, deveriam limitar a entrada até 9h30min.
