Hotel de grande porte. muito bem construído e conservado. Localização espetacular no Vale dos Vinhedos. É movimentado e preparado para receber famílias com crianças. Muitas atrações. Pessoal da recepção e apoio conserta até sapato. Muito bem treinados. Quarto amplo e climatizado. Banheiro e enxoval excepcionais. O café da manhã condiz com a qualidade do hotel. O restaurante é um pouco limitado para o porte do hotel. Gostei muito, já conhecia e achei ainda melhor que antes.
Tudo bem conforme o anunciado. Apesar de ser mais caro que a média, oferece qualidade maior.
Natureza
Lugar muito bonito com uma estrutura maravilhosa! Piscina aquecida, salão de jogos, área externa enorme com quadra de vôlei e perto das vinícolas. Um lugar maravilhoso para descansar e aproveitar com amigos e família. Quarto e área interna com temperatura agradável.
O banheiro com azulejos fica frio e pingando depois do banho por causa da umidade. Durante a madrugada até que fica tranquila a temperatura, mas o restante do tempo é bem gelado.

A piscina de hidromassagem muito fraca e a distância do hotel para a cidade de Bento Gonçalves

Os funcionários são muito cordiais e simpáticos ,nos atenderam muito bem . O quarto é muito bom, café da manhã também e o chuveiro excelente .
Jantamos uma noite e a comida não estava boa e o banheiro fica muito úmido .
