Pros:

A simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários da recepção. O pavão já ao chegar impressiona.

Cons:

Chuveiro que parece que a água esta saindo de um cano. O café da manhã precisa dar uma melhorada, ter opções sem lactose, etc sao ótimas, mas apenas isso.

Pros:

Excelente hospedagem, funcionários muito dispostos em ajudar. Café da manhã muito bom, quarto grande e cama confortável. Chuveiro excelente. Localizado no Vale dos Vinhedos, próximo a Restaurantes ótimos e vinícolas ainda melhores. Fomos a Bento Gonçalves para participar da 12ª. Maratona do Vinho e, muito embora o hotel não fosse conveniado com o Evento, tivemos todo suporte necessário disponibilizado pelo gerência do Hotel (agradecimento especial só gerente Luciano🤝🤝🤝)

ja ficamos há 15 anos e o quarto estava em melhores condições.

Pros:

Cafe da manhã ok...variedade de frutas.
Localização muito boa. Apesar do hotel ser mais antigo ele está em uma localização ótima e de uma natureza impar. Muita opção para quem viaja com crianças ja que tem bichinhos, florestinha, etc...

Cons:

So da decoração que é mais antiga mas o restante compensa.
