La mia esperienza in questo albergo è stata positiva. Il personale è stato gentile ,comprensivo e disponibile. La camera era pulita e confortevole. La posizione è comoda e il prezzo adeguato. Ho preso una stanza matrimoniale con bagno privato. Colazione inclusa nel prezzo 😁. Lo consiglio.

Esperienza pessima. La *prima stanza era inaccettabile a livello di pulizia*: sporca, trascurata e assolutamente non conforme a quanto mostrato. Solo dopo un acceso confronto ci hanno cambiato stanza, ma non certo per gentilezza.

A peggiorare la situazione, *la presunta proprietaria si è mostrata estremamente arrogante*, girandosi con sufficienza e senza alcun rispetto verso noi ospiti. Zero professionalità e zero attenzione al cliente. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.
