We have been told we are getting a full refund, but still waiting for booking.com to proses the money back to us

Excellent blend of old-world charm and new, well restored comfortable room with large TV, bar and restaurant. Great value for 3 nights when visiting Winchester. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay, but it was the staff & manageress on site that made it special. Great service!
Pros:

We arrived at lunchtime and had lunch in the bar. Good food and fantastic service. We then had an afternoon out at Bombay Gin Distillery, came back and had dinner booked in the restaurant. Food was good and service was very good. Our Rooms were large and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy! Breakfast was plentiful and unrushed.

Cons:

Everything was good for us. Based on the cost, it was amazing value.
