Lovely staff, excellent food and good accommodation. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
The pillows and bed were a bit hard but thats just personal preference.
Comfy big bed, friendly, helpful staff. Milk on the tea and coffee tray!
A bit tatty, could do with updating, a fridge in the room would be good too. Nowhere to put my bath bag except on the floor.
Great location for Popham airfield
Limited evening meal menu.
Clean and good location
In need of some refurbishment
Nice location, good value
The bed was a bit rudimentary, could have done with an extra pillow
Local to Popham airfield a big plus. Food & service good in the evening, room comfortable and clean, albeit a bit dated.
There was a very strange smell in the lower section of the hotel..it smelt like sewerage! 😫 We were locked out of the restaurant until just gone 8am waiting for breakfast, it would be better served from 7.30am, its a good job it wasn't raining! I did tell the lady in charge that there was sick on the path when we went in for breakfast...it was still there an hour later when we parted. 😝
Everything was great. We had dinner and breakfast, both were very good served by friendly staff
All good, nothing to not like
Only used the room and no other facilities. There was a couple of issues which can happen anywhere but the staff were very helpful and addressed the issues very promptly.

Great location for what we needed. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.
The room we stayed in unfortunately was quite run down, but it was clean and had what we needed for a short two night stay.
The food was not great, we had an evening meal and two breakfasts. The tea and coffee could quite easily be served fresh and not from flasks on a morning.
Perfect location for what I needed. They let me check in early which was amazing of them. Spacious room and great value for money
Nothing
Very comfortable. Very clean and Julie the receptionist was wonderful
Nothing
Convenient location.
The room and bathroom are in serious need of repair and decoration.
The breakfast
It’s old, needs refurbishing, peeling paint, musty smell in the bedroom. Knackered old curtains & furniture. Uncomfortable bed, run down bathroom, that needs retailing. All very neglected & overpriced for this reason.
Huge comfy bed, staff were very friendly
The bathroom could do with updating but the shower over the bath was excellent so could forgive the tired tiles
Excellent FOOD
