My state is good. I would do it again just not happy about the ants all over the kitchen, so it was Sunday morning that

We left potato chips closed, and other things on the countertop next to the sink and we got infested by ants had to throw everything away

The property is very nice. The pools are very nice.

Nice fall getaway
Pros:

Loved the fall foliage season and looking out the big windows seeing the beautiful outdoors.

Cons:

Missed having a downstairs bathroom - stairs are hard and we had asked for a unit with not many stairs but did not get that.

Fantastic place for a nice price.
Pros:

Quiet environment, the kitchen was stocked with extra amenities, the bedrooms were comfortable. Nice porch for relaxation.

Rustic shouldn’t mean dirty

The room was cozy and rustic. Nice clubhouse with awesome amenities

Cons:

Depending what place you get placed in it’s a 10 minute drive to the clubhouse / pool. There was multiple dead bees and several live bees in place upon arrival and though weekend. Place was dusty and clearly not cleaned before arrival. R52 unit screen on patio was broken and entrance way was covered in leaves and mud. I understand it’s a rustic place but you could clearly smell mildew and black mold reaked havoc on my family’s lungs that weekend. We brought a few gentle complaints to the front desk upon check out and we were yelled at and was told “that’s not my job” and were dismissed.

Pros:

friendly staff.

Cons:

mattress was super soft and squeaky. place was outdated, TV were not smart, and lots of spiderwebs in the bathroom. the indoor pool walls need to be cleaned, a bit green. not hygienic. need at least one restaurant onsite.

Very nice spot!!
Pros:

Very comfortable and cozy. I loved the fact that we had 3 full bathrooms plus a jacuzzi. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessities we needed to cook, and it was spanking clean. I loved the place and would surely go back. If you need time away just to unwind, this is the place to be.

Cons:

The pool was too far from the living quarters, but I understand why it is like that. It just didn't work out for me. Now I know what to expect. The linen and towels need to be inspected periodically. Too much spots and stains, especially on the towels. I called the front desk about some stains on the comforter, and the girl is telling me that they are fully booked and have no more available comforters. I politely asked her if she thought that it was fair to us. A new and clean one was sent over within the hour, and I appreciated it.

Pros:

I liked the pool and how nice the staff were upfront except for the lady when I checked out, she was very rude to me. When I told her about there was cracks in the kitchen floor. I’ll just let security know.

Cons:

Got back the one day from being out all day and someone was parked in my assigned parking spot. You can’t even call down to the office you have to text phone service sucks so when I texted them, I told them about it and they said security knew about it. They didn’t even make the person move or even give that other person, a ticket that I know ofso I had to park in somebody else’s spot and was hoping and praying I didn’t get in trouble for it. I also need to put blinds in the bedroom because it was so bright. I could barely sleep or should I say curtains not blinds and the beds were so tiny and uncomfortable
