la habitacion estaba en el beach club y no se podian utilizar las instalaciones del hotel ya que indicaban que era exclusivas de la otra parte del hotel y se tenia que cancelar un pass day para su uso.

Me encantaron las instalaciones, es la tercera vez que vamos al paredón y siempre vamos a este hotel por el excelente servicio y nos recibieron con una bebida de cortesía. No tuvimos ningún inconveniente con la energía, tienen parqueo gratuito y siempre estuvieron atentos a que tuvieramos lo que necesitabamos.

Siempre nos hospedamos en este hotel, es muy cómodo, las instalaciones son preciosas y ahora hay un Beach club con opciones frente al mar.
The pool area was really nicely done with a lot of space and greenery.
The small tub marketed as a private room pool was a joke. It was dirty and cold and absolutely felt like a rip off. I also was without hot water for 2+ nights. It was not a luxury hotel.
