Ci hanno dato solo le chiavi per entrare nella stanza senza le chiavi dell' edificio, siamo rimasti bloccati fuori per ore senza che nessuno rispondesse. Stanza sporca in condizioni indecenti nessuna comunicazione. ILLEGALE soggiornare in questo posto. Alla richiesta di spiegazioni fanno finta di non capire. Da chiamare la polizia!
We agreed on a check-in at 2pm. The hotel was locked. Nobody opened the door, the code did not work, nobody answered the phone. I had to get another hotel.
It is located fairly in city center. Walking distance to everything.

Very dirty. Couldnt enter the property. I dont have a vietnamese number, cant text only call. Thank god i had a vietnamese friend that helped me call the owner to open the door. Our room is 1st floor (luckily) and theres only stairs so not baggage friendly.
Basically mothing is good here apart from the location and the listed price but then it can easily happen that they give your room to somebody else hours before your arrival time.
Do not book!!! The room on the pictures and all look bearable but there must be a reason a hotel in such a good location, even in a side street has such a poor rating. The owner gave our room to someone else even we clearly said that we will arrive close to the closing time. She was available on her phone but when we tried to find a solution with her, being stranded before the big reunification day parade with all the streets packed, she just turned off her phone. The biggest shame is that I gave my credit card details. So she had no excuse she could make. I guess she sold the room for somebody else for a handful of dollars more and didn't care if we end up on the streets or suffer from health issues to wait for the parade the whole night.
A disgraceful person with an attitude that is not atypical for f and b and hotel staff all over Vietnam. Do not book!!!
Useless. Left us stranded for the whole day, couldnt check in. No communication and zero effort. Don't book.
Nothnig at all.... As it was non refundable, i had to stay...
Everything. Customer service was hactic. There was no one at check in time, no one even was availble to answer the calls. They replied me back after 30-40 mins at the time of check-in. People around the premises are not friendly at all.
The owner is cute, enthusiastic and lovely, the room is clean and warm
Location was superb. Rooms were clean and shower pressure good. I particularly appreciated the flexibility of the hotel staff to change our room. Thank you

A great comfortable hotel for an overnight stay with a variety of food options nearby. I travelled for work and wanted to stay close to where I was going to be for the day so chose the hotel based on proximity to my work event.

Can't stay even if I go. No reception. There is nothing. There is no check-in guide. There was another company's office on the ground floor and I asked how I could check in. They just told me to call the hotel, but I couldn't because I didn't have a local phone number. There was no information on how to check in at the time of booking.

no receptionist, sorta Airbnb style no instructions on how to get in, couldn’t contact the owner even to get inside once we arrived. room was smaller than anticipated and was sold with the promise of a balcony.
Bed was very comfy.
-No one there to greet us, didn’t see one staff member the whole trip. Even just made us leave money for the room in a drawer.
-Room was covered in cobwebs and dust, really needs a clean.
-Hard to get in the gate.
-We were in one room the first night and told we had to move for the second night. We were on a tour all day so couldn’t move our stuff out of the room. The host we we never saw arranged that our stuff was moved when we weren’t there and then left all our stuff in a room all day which was unlocked.
The room was clean and tidy. The staff was helpful. The shower was very good. good value for money.
