INACCURATE DESCRIPTION-NO PRIVATE BALCONY ONLY A SHARED OUTDOOR SPACE
Pros:

The location of the property is extremely convenient. It is also nice that part of the property is not accessible by traffic.

Cons:

There were a number of things I didn't like about this property, mostly based on the inaccuracy of the pictures and description.
1. The pictures for the room I reserved showed a glass door leading out to what I expected to be a balcony, based on what was in the description. My room didn't have a glass door, instead there was just a window. My entrance was on the side.
2. The description said the room has a balcony. WRONG. There is a shared outdoor space, which is accessible to people from the street. Do not reserve if you are expecting to have a balcony like the description says.
3. The walls in the room are thing, and you can hear everything.
4. The shower has an electric heater. Even at the max setting, the hot water does not get hot enough. It also does not stay warm long enough.

Pros:

The staff was great and the location is wonderful

Cons:

The beds were not very comfortable and there’s no place to sit in the room.
The shower was difficult to control too

Cons:

Das Frühstück war mehrere Minuten entfernt, die Auswahl sehr begrenzt und für Wasser und einen zusätzlichen Kaffee mussten wir extra bezahlen, was vorher nicht gesagt wurde. Zwei Wochen nach Abreise wurden uns 20 USD abgezogen weil wir angeblich unseren Zimmerschlüssel mitgenommen hätten, obwohl wir ihn wie besprochen auf dem Tisch liegen gelassen haben (Rezeption war noch geschlossen). Keine Nachricht oder Nachfrage am selben Tag, nur eine Belastung zwei Wochen später. Ein unmögliches und dreistes Verhalten.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es buenísima.
El desayuno que brindan y la habitación que nos tocó fue muy cómoda sin embargo tuvimos varios inconvenientes.

Cons:

Me encantaría poner que todo fue fantástico pero no.
Arriba de nuestra habitación (Suite marina) estaban realizando refacciones que según la chica de recepción no es la misma administración.
Es una falta de respeto que se pongan a martillar a las 10 de la noche!!! Tuve que subir y quejarme con el hombre que estaba ahí, y se hizo el desentendido.
Cayeron varios escombros en nuestro pasillo, un peligro.
Si van a están remodelando, NO TENGAN DISPONIBLE ESA HABITACIÓN.
El último día cortaron el agua y cuando volvió salía súper sucia, pedimos si nos podían alargar el check out porque no pudimos usar el agua antes y solo nos permitieron quedarnos hasta las 11.
Ojo con todo eso.

Perfect Galapagos Base!
Pros:

We used Casa Blanca as our hub for our 2-week Galapagos trip. Things got a bit stressy with flights etc, but Joao was an impeccable host, thinking along what would be the best possible solution and every request was met without any issue. The place is great, superclean, overlooking the harbour. So nice to hear the sea lions and see the activities early morning. Thanks Joao and team for an unforgettable trip!
