Несоответствие цены и качества
Pros:

Расположение, картины вдоль лестницы

Cons:

Лифта нет. На 4-й этаж пешком по лестнице приходится полниматься. Тяжко особенно вечером/ночью после насыщенного дня. Также в комнате было холодно.
Горячая вода в душе не сразу течет, приходится ждать пока прольется. Есть только шампунь после которого волосы как солома. Неужели так дорого предусмотреть также кондиционер. Либо шампунь получше.
Ложка для обуви для вида. Очень тонкая и гнущаяся. Бесполезна.
Отсутствует расческа и ватные палочки (за такую стоимость можно было предусмотреть).

Pros:

Green Which, из плюсов — вежливый персонал и удобное расположение в центре города.Рядом есть Magnum,можете там покушать.

Отель заявлен как 4-звёздочный, но по факту тянет максимум на 0–0,1. Номер неудобный, матрас ужасный, меню в номере нет. Ресторан — отдельное разочарование: заказал стейк из баранины, а подали просто пережаренный кусок мяса. Завтрак очень слабый, кофе неожиданно включили в счёт. Персонал старается, но без инициативы — всё только по просьбе. Категория “4 звезды” здесь не чувствуется вообще.

Неоднозначно….
Pros:

К работе персонала и качеству номера - нет претензий. Отель выглядит опрятным, помещения чистые, все работает.

Cons:

1. Шум от вентиляции кухни ресторана.
2. Ресторан с унылыми сотрудниками и такими же блюдами в меню.
3. Сотрудники не знают как правильно подать и разлить вино по бокалам, куда девать пробку от бутылки.
4. Если вы заселились в номер на нечетной стороне, то ночью вы имеете счастливую возможность наблюдать как «отдыхают» аборигены в соседнем «ночном клубе» - наслаждаться конским ржанием и повизгиванием их самок, крикам и матом самцов, кулачными боями, автомобильными сигналами в 3 часа утра.
Полагаю, что в номерах на четной стороне - более спокойно…. Но не уверен на 100%)

Cons:

Уборку в номере производят через раз ,не меняют постельное ,не меняют средства гигиены ,а если меняют ставят использованный грязные флаконы ,ужасно ,нет напора в душе ,тв старый без интернета
