Quiet and cozy.
Pros:

All was super clean, the room has everything we need for a long weekend. Easy to access, steps from the lake, the manager was friendly and respond fast. I would definitely recommend the place.

Le lit compte pour beaucoup dans une chambre d’hôtel et malheureusement, c’est beaucoup trop cher payé pour le confort.
Pros:

Très propre. Vaisselles disponible ce qui a été apprécié.
Petite cour aménagée.

Cons:

Très mal insonorisé. On entendais le voisin faire son pipi le matin…
Le lit … c’est vraiment un 0/10. Lit double (pas queen là.. double). Sommier et matelas à ressort bon à jeter. Fallait se tenir sur les bord pour ne pas rouler dans le centre.
Pas de drap plat. Uniquement le drap contour et la douillette.
Très mauvais sommeil pendant 2 nuits alors nous revenons de notre séjour plus fatigués qu’au départ ..

Pros:

When I booked this property in January it said they would charge in advance, which was fine, I was under the impression that meant they would charge our credit card. But 3 days prior to our stay they emailed me telling me I needed to do a bank transfer with the full amount. We are from the United States and do not have a Canadian bank account. I was completely stressed out . After messaging the hotel back and forth they agreed to letting us pay cash, over $1000 between the reservation for my sister and I. We were not traveling with that much cash and had to use the atm each day before our stay to be able to take out the money necessary, incurring a fee each time. It was a very poor way of doing business and for this reason I will not recommend this hotel. Also, the manager was very rude.

See above. Also they did not leave us enough of necessary things like toilet paper, we had to borrow from other family staying with us in another room.

Cons:

A day before we saw owner outside and asked to use sauna. It wasn't available so we booked for three oclock the next day. At 1:00 that day I emailed to cancel the sauna. At 4:00 we were about to get into the car. The owner was outside and was very angry because we didn't use sauna. We told him we emailed at 1:00. He went on and on and said he doesn't look at his computer every minute..... the owners were very inaccessible
