Pros:

Small neat room with bathroom in the room, modern design. Stable Wi-Fi, I needed a hotel near the bus station going to Cambodia. This hotel is only 200 meters from these buses.
I was worried that it would be loud because of the club in the neighboring house, but after eleven in the evening it was quiet.

Cons:

Cosmetic repairs would be useful for the hotel

Pros:

location was convenient and staff was friendly

Cons:

we had a 2pm check in but both rooms weren't ready yet so we waited about a half hour longer. this was a big deal because everyone in our group was older and needed some rest for the rest of the trip

Pros:

The room is pretty cute. Everything you need is there.

Cons:

Not much benefit were added. So the room is not that special. definitely should change the shampoo quality
