Unless you’re there to party late, don’t do it.
Pros:

Our rooms weren’t clean. It’s next door to a night club and it’s super loud in the room. There is no way you will sleep before midnight.

Pros:

Property is well situated near many shops and the center of Saigon ward.

Cons:

The rooms were cleaned only once and the towels were not washed well, we did not receive any new towels everyday. The bathtub side was leaking made it worst when they only cleaned up once during our 4 nights stay.

Great value for money and location. Will book again next time :)
Pros:

I really like the location—it’s very convenient and close to cafés, restaurants, and the Café Apartment. The front desk staff are also friendly and accommodating. The hotel has an elevator, which is a plus, and the room was clean and well-maintained. It also had a fridge and a water heater, which made our stay more comfortable.

Cons:

There was a brownout during our stay, although it was not limited to the hotel as the entire street/neighborhood was affected. Even the convenience store and café outside the hotel were also affected. The power outage lasted from around 8 PM until approximately 3 AM. It was a bit of a hassle, especially since we were already tired from a tour that day and were unable to properly rest without electricity, lights, and air conditioning. The power was only restored around 3 AM.

Pros:

Giá cả phù hợp, rẻ nhất khu vực đó. Gần nhiều địa điểm trung tâm, đi lại thuận tiện

Cons:

Bên cạnh The Gangs nên buổi tối ồn, đến nửa đêm tầm 12h thì cũng yên tĩnh. Không hợp cho ai ngủ nghỉ ngơi sớm

Cheap option if on a tight budget.
Pros:

The location was great, very central with many things around to visit. It was very convenient for my family. There are restaurants and cool shops around.

Cons:

The hotel was really on the low tier. I was supposed to return later on my trip bud decided to cancel and upgrade a bit for my familys confort It was not bad if you go with low expectations.
