Das Personal war allesamt super freundlich und immer sehr aufmerksam . Nach einen schweren Hagelschlag in der Nacht wurde am nächsten Morgen schon durch zahlreiche Mitarbeiter wieder alles hergerichtet und gereinigt.. ein Gast hatte sich dem Fuß verletzt und konnte dadurch schlecht laufen, da hat das Hotelpersonal ihn vom Zimmer jeden Tag mit einen Elektrocaddy geholt und wieder zurückgebracht!!! Also wirklich super aufmerksam!!!

Die Lage ist fantastisch und jedes Zimmer hat Blick auf den See.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse mit Wiese davor.. mega schön!!

Frühstück ist klasse!!! Köchin bereitet jeden Morgen für jeden Gast individuell Omelette usw her.. total lecker

Gerne wieder beim nächsten Gardasee Urlaub.
Pros:

Sehr schönes familiär geführtes Hotel mit herrlichem Blick auf den Gardasee. Das gesamte Hotel Team war super und zuvorkommend.
Ein hervorragendes Frühstück, mit allen Dingen die man sich beim Frühstück wünscht.

Cons:

Wir konnten nichts negatives feststellen.

everything is fabulous, the breakfast, the parfume everywere, the rooms, the view

Cons:

The half-board dinner option is a pricey joke. The chicken still had feathers, the fish was full of scales and bones, and the overall protein variety was very poor. If you're looking for carbs, you'll find plenty. However, charging €45 for that dinner is ridiculously overpriced

Schöne Tage am Gardasee

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Cons:

Am Gardasee ist lagebedingt der Platz etwas begrenzt.
Ich fand das Angebot beim Abendessen nicht sehr reichlich.
