Pros:

Deluxe room is spot on - excellent view to lake Garda and mountains.
We stayed one night in the Superior room, but in the next morning asked the reception stuff if possible to upgrade the room (for additional costs), luckily Deluxe room with garden and patio sunbed was available - it was exactly how we imagined our stay in this hotel.
Big thanks to reception stuff for helping out finding the room.

Breakfast was decent - really enjoyed tailor made omelet.
15 min walking distance to Limone's center - no big issue.
Rooms are indeed quite small, but this not ruined our experience.
