Pros:

L'accueil à l'hôtel a été excellent. Le personnel est disponible pour répondre aux questions des vacanciers. Le SPA, Jaccuzi et Hamman étaient très appréciables. La propreté de l'hôtel et les gâteaux du petit déjeuner faits maison sont un véritable +.

La compréhension de l’établissement qui a accepté de retirer une nuit de notre séjour comme nous l’avons demandé. Devant moi la directrice de l’hôtel a accepté notre demande en l’envoyant à Booking, or Booking m’a envoyé un message, comme s’il venait de l’établissent me disant que la demande était refusée… chercher l’erreur… Booking s’est fait passer pour l’établissement en refusant la demande qui avait été acceptée devant moi! C’est de l’usurpation d’identité! La façon de faire de booking est malhonnête et je ne prendrais plus d’hôtel par le biais de Booking. Je n’ai eu aucun moyen de contacter Booking sans passer par l’IA qui me disait que l’établissement avait refusé alors que c’était faux !!! Par contre l’hôtel était parfait. Contactez le directement sans passer par Booking!

Il faudrait séparer la partie Jacuzzi car bruyante ou prévoir un espace de repos tranquille après la piscine ou le sauna

Nice place - extremely disappointing service!

The property is nice with a great location if you are going skiing in Le Rosay.

All nice, until there is a problem. 0 sense of customer interest.
We liked our first time there and therefore we decided to go back again this year. Unfortunately, this year, the owner did not let us check-in, because we had forgotten to register our 5 year old son and he could not accept us as a family vs a couple. Even though our 5 year-old sleeps in the same bed with us. He explained to us that it was an insurance matter. As such, we accepted it and booked another place. When I asked him if he would write to Booking to re-imbourse us, he confirmed he would. Once I then reached out to booking to request our refund, they said he refused. After talking to them, they said it was within their rights not to accept our re-imboursement. While technically that was true, it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
We almost ended up with no place that weekend - as the village was booked solid -, we were refused at the checkin - which has never happened to me in all my travel decades - and then we were lied to and spent twice the money that weekend to stay in GrandBo. Considering that we live close by and I tried to explain that if they helped us out we would be recurring regular clients, they closed the door forever. Shortsighted and frankly disgraceful behavior. Unfortunately we will never stay there again, nor will recommend it.

Fantastic stay.
Pros:

Lovely helpful staff. They were all so lovely and attentive. Great spa area especially the pool and sauna. Breakfasts were delicious.

Cons:

Loved it all. Only thing I would change is the beds were too firm for me but tricky to please everyone.
