Struttura non curata e non rinnovata, piena di polvere e di calcare ovunque. Doccia semi rotta. C’era scritto camera vista piscina e non è stato così. Una persona in particolare molto burbera e un po’ furfante con i prezzi..

Pros:

The cleanliness of the hotel, the wide and deep pool - the kids loved it. Pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven.
We really liked the Belarusian lady at the reception, she tried to help a lot, she was positive.

Cons:

1) Location - unless you rent a car, you can't go anywhere outside the hotel. The highway runs right in front of the hotel. It's hard to get to the lake. Buses run late. You have to stay at the hotel. We only managed to get to Perugia by taxi one day.
2) Restaurant Service staff - they were rude to customers. We really liked the Belarusian lady at the reception, she tried to help a lot, she was positive.

Pros:

Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile.
Hotel in posizione strategica per poter raggiungere i vari punti principali del lago Trasimeno.
Ampio parcheggio con posti auto anche al coperto.
Camere confortevoli e molto calde.
