La atención que recibimos fue muy amable y cordial. Nos alojamos mi pareja y mi perrita y todo fue de maravilla. Estancia super tranquila. Nos dieron recomendaciones de lugares cerca para almorzar. Por supuesto que regresaría otra vez.

A simple place. Friendly staff was accommodating. They let us check in a few hours early. Our room was nice with a great view. Awesome location near the ruins and good price. TV in the room was good. Room came with a bottle of water.
Right next to the archeological site, so very convenient for visiting. A bit far from things that are open for locals at night, as most tourist places close in the evening, but you can take a mototaxi around town for 15 pesos. Parking is in the courtyard where you might get parked in (there is space for 2-4 cars) or on the street. Nicely appointed room, but not well sound proofed. Friendly staff at the reception desk.

No air conditioner in the room, but we did not need one as it was cool in the evening and night. No hair conditioner. I wish I had a table where I can cut some fruts I bought at a market.
For this price conditions were perfect. Hotel has beautiful mountain view. Everything was clean. Interior decor was cosy and traditional. Mitla is so charming place, 100 times better than Oaxca and hotel is very close to centre but enough far to be quite.
Great views at the top of the town. A few blocks from the main market and ruins. Although no ac, we had amazing cross-breezes that kept us cool and comfortable. Loved the bed linens!
Finishes in the room were sloppy. Paint splattered in the floor, no grout in the tiles.
This is an early riser town. At 6:00 the trash trucks blare their horns to let everyone know to put out their trash. There was also a sound bomb firework that was fired off at 6:30 each morning. (We were there three mornings).
the hotel is beautiful! i love that they have a triple bed room option. The staff was super nice and informative.
The shower water was cold but refreshing for the hot day it was.
The Hotel was very clean an calm. The beds were comfortable an the staff was very helpful and sweet.
We had the room wich was the furthest away from the wifi-router so therefor we lost signal sometimes. But this is a minor problem. Everything elese was good!
