Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My friend and I booked a room to visit my cousin and we were having my cousin over to the room to have a couple drinks before going out and the lady at the front desk would not let us have my cousin over and threatened us with calling the police. Terrible conditions on top of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel. I would recommend you do not come here unless you enjoy bedbugs and crackheads.

Nothing, horrible place

Cons:

I had a really bad experience. I didn’t feel safe at all when I arrived. There were a lot of people outside the entrance, and I was being bothered before I could even get inside. I contacted both Booking and the hotel to get help, but nobody provided a real solution.

I was not offered another hotel or a safe place to stay that night, and I still haven’t received my refund even though this happened four days ago.
