Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist gut organisiert und bietet ein angenehmes Umfeld zum Entspannen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, und alle Abläufe verliefen problemlos. Das Zimmer war gepflegt und gemütlich. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, und ich würde das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß. Es gab sogar ein Kühlschrank. Top. Frühstück war perfekt. Parkplatz war direkt am Hotel. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice hotel with good breakfast in a decent location, but limited parking
Pros:

We liked the breakfast and the room was clean and everything was well-maintained. It was a comfortable room and the hotel is in a good location.

Cons:

The parking situation was a little dicey. We were fortunate to find parking and were concerned when we left for dinner that we might not get parking when we came back. We were lucky to get a spot when we came back, but we heard another guest complaining that they didn't have a parking spot.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, die Brötchen frisch vom Bäcker und das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Komme gerne wieder!

Gerne wieder, ruhige Lage, sehr großes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick ins Grüne
Pros:

Ruhige Lage, Bushaltestelle nur ca. 100 m entfernt, kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon, Kühlschrank und Küchenzeile.
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Speisen wurden immer schnell wieder aufgefüllt.

Cons:

Das Personal konnte nicht so gut Deutsch. Kurkarten musste ich erst verlangen. Die Servicekraft bei der Rezeption hat mich mehrmals nicht verstanden und wusste nicht, wie sie die Kurkarten ausstellen soll/kann.
Ich bekam erst ein Zimmer zur Straße, obwohl ich ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Gartenblick gebucht hatte.

Great service with attention to details! The best hotel in Bad Homburg!
Pros:

I like how everything is organized in a Hotel and Stuff was really kind and helpful. You can ask for anything on a reception which is open 24 hours. I needed a fan which was extra thing and stuff were very helpful to provide me. Location is perfect-very close to city centre and bus stations are literally in front of the hotel. Selection of food for breakfast was huge. They respect your privacy so it is very quiet hotel and no one is disturbing you. Inside is cozy and clean. My room was big and modern. They also bring the fresh water every day. Congratulations for hospitality! I sincerely recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war sehr angenehm. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine gute Auswahl. Besonders positiv waren die angenehme Atmosphäre und der aufmerksame Service. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, in dem ich jederzeit gerne wieder übernachten würde.
