Fantastic stay. This was my second time staying at the property and would recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

Rooms are very clean; breakfast was delicious; staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience.

Luxury hotel with excellent food
Pros:

Wonderful location next to the sea with large seating areas under parasols. The hotel is immaculate and stylish. Staff are without exception friendly and helpful. Restaurant food is delicious and beautifully presented. Our room was very comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. Secure bile room is an added bonus.

A Beautiful hotel, would stay again
Pros:

Breakfast was superb , however it is evident that if all guests come down for breakfast at the same time there is insufficient seating for this to happen - a wait for a table or breakfast at the bar in a different area were the only practical solutions. I imagine in summer many people would opt to eat outside in winter or spring this isn't a viable option.
the staff were very helpful and universally friendly.
The appartment we had in the annexe at the rear of the main hotel was well appointed and spacious , if you wanted to prepare your own meals in your room this would have been possible.
The bed was huge !
The lounge area in the main hotel was calm and relaxing , a nice palce to be.
The outside sun lounger area on the terrace by the waters edge was lovely

Cons:

1. Awoke on one day of our stay to no hot water at all - this was resolved quickly.
2. charging drinks to our room via the waiters Tablet worked on only one ocassion out of maybe 4 or 5 attempts, therefore drinks had to be settled via a credit card. not critical but irritating.
3. Shower didn't drain properly, opening the shower door then left the bathroom floor soaking. The bathroom was otherwise nice and spotlessly clean

First stay after four other hotels in PP - this would be my first choice going forwards
Pros:

Lovely quiet location, friendly and attentive staff, excellent breakfast and definitely one of the more exclusive options in Puerto Pollensa.

Cons:

It was their first few days open and the restaurant staff definitely struggled with number of people and service became slow for coffee at breakfast and evening meals. Would highly recommend people have to book a time as this would easily avoid this without overstretching the staff.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

This hotel was located great on a long beach walk to town. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and greatly enjoyed. The room and bathroom were spacious.

Cons:

The parking, as usual, was hit and miss on the street.
