Le personnel est toujours à l’écoute, attentionné et professionnel, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. La chambre de 55 m² est spacieuse et confortable, avec une vue mer absolument exceptionnelle.

Nous avons également apprécié les boissons offertes à la piscine ainsi que les promotions intéressantes pour le dîner.

Il y a tellement de points positifs à mentionner… une expérience vraiment remarquable que je recommande sans hésitation !

Wir wurden kostenlos vom Pier geholt und hatten eine super Hilfe von Pheoung Visal, ein extra Danke für seinen Service und Freundlichkeit. Er war nicht auf Trinkgeld aus, sondern wirklich freundlich.
Er hatte gefühlt immer ein Auge auf uns, war nicht aufdringlich und hat sich um alles außerordentlich gut gekümmert.
Das Frühstück war super, eine 12, frisch gepresste Säfte und alles was einem in den Sinn kommt.
Das Abendessen war such sehr gut,nicht ganz günstig, aber trotzdem sehr gut. Die Gläser wurden immer mit Wasser gefüllt. Minibar war inbegriffen, sowie 1 Getränk an der Poolbar.
Wir bekamen ein Zimmerupgrade mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Zimmer wurde während des Tages 2x aufgeräumt, ohne dass wir etwas davon mitbekommen haben.

I highly recommend the Won Majestic Hotel. We felt very well cared for, and the staff were very friendly and helpful – thank you especially to Mr. Visal and Ms. Kimyou. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a great gym and a swimming pool with a beautiful view. There's also a gift shop and delicious sweets. The hotel is close to a shopping center, a few minutes' walk away. Thank you, we'll definitely be back.

Great reception and assistance from Won's Phab Kim Yiu throughout our stay. From greeting us and arranging our shuttle to port and boat trip, with no fuss or bother, she is a true professional. The hotel is truly majestic, we were made to feel very special. Shout out to our fabulous waitress Sam Bath Salon, too.

Navy et l’ensemble de l’équipe nous ont réservé un accueil vraiment exceptionnel ! Très professionnel et les services sont vraiment très agréable. Le petit déjeuner propose des choix très variés que l’on souhaite manger international ou local.

Stunning hotel with luxury feel throughout
Pros:

Amazingly welcoming staff from checkin to restaurant and poolside.
Great food and drink, reasonably priced.
We even got a surprise complementary shuttle to the port in the morning, with a lady staff guide who gave us great info on places to visit during our trip.

Cons:

Only negative was the lack of smoke free areas in the 24 hr restaurant.
Different culture responsible perhaps, rather than the hotel's management choices. We would still stay there again!

Pros:

Very large nice very large room offering all the functionalities you need. Nice view on the sea.
We had breakfast and dinner there. Best breakfast in Cambodia. Best variety! Dinner was excellent too. Wide variety.
Mr. Ladang from the front office offered us special transport service to the ferry and the bus station. Thanks for that. We highly appreciated it.

Cons:

Many Chinese people who spread a cigarette smell in the lift and the corridors.
They very loud too, streaming on the smartphones in public areas.

Pros:

Very clean and modern, a hotel like u would see in Las Vegas. Staff were amazing and obviously all the facilities you would expect from such a hotel.

Cons:

Smoking. Not anyone’s fault, but even though we had a non smoking room, the hotel was very smokey, with the majority of the guests smoking everywhere.

Lidt kedeligt. Så en kinesisk gæst gå og spise direkte af morgenmad buffet. Påpegede det for personalet., som ikke gjorde noget - hverken overfor gæsten eller de fade hans mundbakterier var efterladt på. VIRKELIG KLAMT!
