Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, sehr empfehlenswert

Das Essen war hervorragend, Hausmannsküche, sehr freundliche Bedienung, umsichtig, schnell, das Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstück am Tisch serviert, ausreichend, das Personal immer hilfsbereit, freundlich, ganz toll

Cons:

eventuell der Eingang, mit der Küche dran, die lecker Thüringer Klöße und Rotkohlduft waren somit schon am frühen Morgen im ganzen Haus , könnte man vielleicht die Küche etwas umbauen? Aber das ist nur ein Vorschlag, es war alles super toll und super lecker dort.

Zimmer geräumig.

Cons:

Badezimmer winzig! Frühstück nicht nachhaltig und nicht hygienisch präsentiert. Personal im Service sowohl beim Frühstück als Abendessen nicht Aufmerksam. Essen am Abend enttäuschend und zu teuer.

Nice place with excellent prices, a traditional German restaurant (you get a lot to eat for moderate prices) located in Thüringen.
The room I had was basic, but very clean. A special remark is meant for the renovated bathroom. A great shower with abundant hot water is what you get.
The mattresses are just as I like them, comfortably with sturdy support.
A special compliment for the lady who prepared the breakfast. She is very kind and a true professional, who takes care of the customers, if you want additional items, or tea in stead of the (very good) coffee, she will see to it.
She must be the sunshine of the Gasthaus.
I recommend this place to anyone who wants fair prices and friendly staff and Deftiges Essen, which means you get a lot to eat, and all that in beautiful Thüringen.

Für einmal ganz okay
Pros:

Viele Parkplätze in der unmittelbarer nähe der Unterkunft. Gutes und üppiges Essen im Restaurant in der Unterkunft. Zimmer zum Hofe hin sehr ruhig. Frühstück auch gut aber kein Buffet, Teller mit Wurst, Konfitüre, Käse und Ei. Kaffee auch gut. Wünsche wurden auch erfüllt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Umkreis waren von hier erreichbar. In Saalfeld(Industriegebiet ca.8km)entfernt gibt es auch alles was das Herz begehrt.

Cons:

Kein Büffet. Knarrende Treppen und Flure. Älteres Haus eben. Kein Fahrstuhl. Internet gut aber nicht perfekt. Im Hause gibt es viele Ausgestopfte Tiere und Geweihe zu bestaunen. Nicht unbedingt mein fall. Ansonsten alles top.

Schönes Familien geführtes gemütliches Landhotel mit guter regionaler Küche
Pros:

Wie immer war unser Aufenthalt in Hoheneiche sehr angenehm, entspannt und in jeder Hinsicht schön. Die Zimmer sind sauber, geschmackvoll saniert und bequem. Das Hotel hat keinen Fahrstuhl, aber mit leichtem Gepäck ist's kein Problem. Das Personal ist rührig, freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war zu jederzeit lecker und preiswert, das Frühstück völlig ausreichend und alles in allem bleiben sehr schöne Eindrücke und Erinnerungen.

Cons:

Es handelt sich um ein schönes altes Landhotel und es hat daher m. E. keine Behinderten gerechten Zugänge, uns haben sie nicht gefehlt, aber wer darauf angewiesen ist, sollte nochmal nachfragen.
