The place was clean and tidy. Good location.
Room not made tidy after first night and dirty cups not replaced
The location was perfect close to amenities and beach which was good with one disabled person

Lovely
No actual complaints but we spent quite a long part of our stay in the hotel. Whilst the place itself is lovely I felt the staff were very uninterested particularly in visiting customers. There was quite clearly a clique of regulars.
No interactions, minimal service, no hello, no goodbye, no feeling of being made to feel welcome. Having said that, the service was adequate and the food was lovely
The staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean
I thought it was a little expensive, would have been ok if breakfast was included, but I would stay again if I was around that area

Location near the sea was very nice
I liked the hotel a lot but dinner finishes a little early for someone my age and the blinds in room 19 do nothing to keep the sun out and at 4am the room was so bright it was impossible to sleep.

We could only order an evening meal between 6.30 and 7.30pm
We were expected to occupy a room with stairs to the bathroom being a recent Prostate patient and in our late 70’s this was totally unacceptable!

To find my wife's mobility scooter had been unplugged from charging by a manager/owner after being on charge all night .

Old and dated, rooms were small and awful looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 70’s. Flexi water pipe to connect shower connected through ceiling, ran wonky down the wall and looked like a cheap bodge. Shower was old and dated, again from the 70’s.
