La amabilidad y atención del personal, en especial Katy.
El hotel en si estaba muy bonito, muy acogedor y justo para las necesidades que se puedan tener en Antigua, incluso ofrecen cafe (de buena calidad) y te colaboran con extras que puede no estar mencionadas, incluso hasta con platos o cucharas que pueda necesitarse en caso de llevar comida de afuera.
El asunto del parqueo es algo importante de aclarar, ya que en la descripcion del hotel indica tener parqueo, sin embargo dicho parqueo en realidad es un convenio que tienen con un parqueo en otra ubicacion, aproximadamente a 500-600 mts del hotel, y dicho parqueo tiene un costo asociado separado del costo del hotel. Eso si, debo destacar que como parte de ese convenio ofrecen shuttle ida y vuelta, lo que facilita el traslado con equipaje.
Aclararon dudas y atentos siempre a responder tanto por what’s up como en persona fueron amables, hasta nos ayudaron con el cambio de reserva porque nos equivocamos al reservar un día antes y nos corrieron la fecha sin problema.
La ducha incómoda muy pequeña como de .75 x .75cm y con cortina que se pega al lucharse.
The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the lovely town of Antigua. The rooms are on two floors built around a pretty garden courtyard and on the top floor there is a patio area with umbrellas, tables and chairs. The rooms facing the courtyard have seating outside each room as well. There is a filtered water butt for refilling your drinking water and hot water and coffee station which we enjoyed each morning. The team are all very helpful and friendly and the place is kept very clean and tidy.
We were initially put in room 5 which was on ground floor in the stairwell with virtually no natural light and no seating outside the room, in fact the hotel washing machine was outside the room so piles and sheets and towels were also there, We asked to be moved and were given Room 7 directly above which had a little more light but was still very dark and by the stairs so we heard all the other guest coming and going. So we felt that the rooms were overpriced for what we experienced. All the other rooms had more natural light, a nicer outlook and seating overlooking the courtyard garden area so I think we just got unlucky.

Described as delux but it was quite claustrophobic.
The hotel is lovely, just as pictured. Our room was comfortable, but a little stuffy, they did have a nice fan running that helped a lot. Beautiful gardens and rooftop terrace to relax. The beds were very comfortable, especially after a long day of travel. Straight walk to main square, less than half a mile, with shops and restaurants along the way. The staff processed our check out early in the morning, but held our bags so we could do the volcano hike and come back for them later. We really enjoyed our stay.
Some parts are aging and you can tell they plan to use them until end of life. Our toilet had multiple cracks that had been repaired, not a major issue, but it did run sometimes for no reason. Take quick showers! Limited water, then the pressure really dies out.

Un Hotel que se mantiene con su arquitectura colonial, el cuidadado de sus jardines. Y destacar la gentileza de Claudia, ella ve el área de servicios, muy atenta y respetuosa.
No me pareció bien que al querer ocupar el TV, este no funcionara. Para esperar al huesped, no es solo tener toallas limpias, es un todo. El check list es importante.
