Alojamiento en Antigua recomendado
Pros:

El personal, mención especial para Kathy. Las instalaciones, la ubicación y la tranquilidad.

Cons:

Las camas estaban un poco duras y había un poco de humedad. Ponen carbón en las habitaciones para absorber la humedad; pero aún así se llega a sentir un poco… fuera de eso todo super bien! Volvería a repetir.

El hotel mas bonito de antigua guatemala.
Pros:

Lo más que me gusto del hotel fue la simpatía de los empleados, fueron muy amables con nosotros e hisieron todo para que nuestra estadía fuera placentera. Demasiado amigables y el hotel bien limpio y bonito. Me encanto tambien la seguridad y el silencio en las noches, se duerme placidamente. Lo recomiendo al 100.

El personal fue muy amable y realmente el hotel es lindo. La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

La habitación es muy oscura. Trabajan con luz amarilla y puede llegar a ser incómodo el no tener opción de poder iluminar más la habitación.

Me pasó algo Inaudito al contratar un hotel

No me gustó tener que pagar con antelación por medio de transferencia, pudiendo pagar como siempre lo he hecho con Booking.
Sentí una sensación de desconfianza de parte del hotel y también sentí que se estaban aprovechando de Booking, les gusta tomar el cliente pero cobran con antelación y solo por transferencia.
Además , me cobraron otros $50 al llegar.
Quiero solicitar a Booking que investiguen el
Por qué no se puede pagar con tarjeta de crédito y solo aceptan la transferencia.
Creo que no son leales a las políticas de Booking y menos respetaron los derechos como cliente que ya tiene cierto Status en la aplicación de Booking
