Important information:

Please note that parking is not possible on site. Please leave your car in Starý Smokovec and from there, you can take a funicular to Mountain Hotel Bilíkova Chata or take a 1.9 mi long walk. The funicular runs every 30 minutes between 7:30 and 18:30 in the seasonal months. In the off-season, it runs between 8:30 and 16:30.

Please note that breakfast is served every day between 7:00 - 9:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Chata z wyjątkowym domowym klimatem. Pokój i inne pomieszczenia bardzo czyste. Dobre śniadania i inne potrawy z menu.
A przemiła obsługa dba, by wszyscy byli zaopiekowani.
Lokalizacja też bardzo na plus, wystarczy wjechać kolejką i rano już oglądać wschód słońca. Polecam dla rodzin.

A ház hangulata, környezete és a személyzet kedvessége.

Cons:

Az utolsó emeleten, ahol laktunk nem volt egyáltalán fűtés, fürdés közben és utána kellemetlen volt. A tv szolgáltatás akadozott, nézhetetlen volt. Este szívesen belenéztünk volna a helyi műsorba. Hiányzott a szobából a vízmelegítő, a reggeli kávéhoz jó lett volna! Nem ezért mentünk ugyan, de benne volt az árban. A környék varázslatos, meseszép és a személyzet is nagyon kedves volt.
