Ok if just want a place to sleep
Pros:

Located at liveable location..many place to eat below the hotel, easy access to convinience store, offer motorcycle rent if u want to avoid Cameron Highland traffic jam and commute faster and save time to many destination in Cameron Highlands. Hotel have two layer of access card (one for main level door and other for your room)

Cons:

Room slightly small..in advertisement said got window but the window is blocked by metal bar when open, so overall same as no window (no outside view). Bear in mind, this hotel have no lift, so need to use stair. Parking is first come basis and mostly will full, so need to use basement parking which will be charged by the building management
