The floor in the room was cold, the AC was turned on, but couldn't warm it. Same and for bathroom.
Закуската е отлична за цената. Ресторанта е добър и обслужването е бързо. Местоположението е уникално - много красива гледка и добре поддържани общи части.
В банята имаше наводнение когато пристигнахме, но реагираха бързо и оправиха повредата. За съжаление в стаите имаше много насекоми и децата не успяха да се отпуснат. Трябва да се почиства редовно от прах и насекоми.
The location was close to the lake, so it was nice for walks.
We only booked this hotel for its supposed spa facilities. We even called several times, last message being on the 23rd of September whilst we still had the free cancellation option, and we were told that the jacuzzi doesn’t work, but the sauna and the pool do. We were told that the pool is heated, and last year it worked until the end of October. However, upon arrival, not only did they not have rooms for us and couldn’t find our reservation for 15 mins, but we were also told that none of the spa facilities work. The “reception” is a desk in the restaurant, where the staff very clearly do not want to be. Absolutely not worth the money, no spa anywhere in sight. The breakfast was identical both mornings, and it was the bare minimum. Have stayed in cheaper hotels with much nicer staff, much nicer spa, much nicer food and much richer breakfast. Do not recommend.

Firstly, we only booked this hotel so we could use the spa facilities. We purposefully asked several times before coming whether they were open, last message being on the 23rd september whilst we still had the option to cancel. The only thing we were told was that the jacuzzi doesn’t work. However, turns out nothing worked. No sauna, no pool.
Upon arrival, they couldn’t find our reservation and said they didnt have our rooms. They placed us in a house with 2 bedrooms, which we were ok with since we were friends with the other booking. However, one of the bedrooms was infested with ants, and by the third night you couldn’t even walk inside, so we were forced to sleep on the sofa, which was broken si wasn’t very comfortable at all. The other booking checked out 1 night before us, and whilst on our walk we got a call where our keys were because they didn’t even know we had an extra night. The breakfast was the bare minimum all mornings, but the cherry on the cake was that they didn’t even open the restaurant to serve breakfast on the last morning. So not only did we not get the spa we paid for, but also did not get our last breakfast that we also paid for. Absolutely disappointing and not worth the money.

Басейнът е чист, естетически издържан, поддържан. Стаята -уютна , с всичко необходимо. Добро впечатление ми направи наличието на халати, освен хавлиите. Тихо, спокойно, красиво място, предразполагащо за почивка и уединение. Персоналът на ниво. Млади, отзивчиви, усмихнати хора. Разкошна градина и екстериор.
Кухнята е меко казано ужасна. Съотношение качество-цена ...неравностойно. Брутални цени, по-високи от заведенията във Варна /от там съм/Ако си сменят готвача препоръчвам. Мястото е топ!
