Nothing as such I liked. Pathetic experience.
I along with another family had a harrowing experience with them on 26th December 2025. We had prior booking done at the hotel with 3 rooms. When we reached the hotel after 12 hours of driving, they say rooms are not available. The way their staff behaved, was as if nothing happened. The lady in front desk seemed smiling while talking. The two of their male front desk staff took no responsibility and asked us to call the customer care of the booking site. It was a busy day and it was so difficult to get a room in town at 8 pm at night with wife and kids.Literally it was a horror story for us getting stranded at a new place.
It's better avoid and mark such places where they lack professionalism. It's unsafe and unsure to take family.
They could have at least informed us what's going on before we reached at night. Literally unapologetic and inhumane behavior from the staff. It's not just the problem of the hotel but also online agent sites like booking.com and OYO that they put customers in such a position. It's a shame such sites are not penalized for designing such a system where they or hotels can just do anything they wish to get more revenue looking at busy days.

Only location of the property is good
Poor maintenance in the room. Bed sheets are shabby. No facilities in the bathroom. Intercom not working. Provided cell number to contact for service/reception but poor response. No hangers for cloths and no bed light. No hot water.

Room was clean
We were quite disappointed with our experience upon arrival. There was absolutely no staff present to attend to us, which is not what one expects from a hospitality establishment. Staff should be properly trained to receive and assist guests courteously.
Additionally, there was no drinking water provided in the room, which is a basic necessity. The behavior of certain staff members also left much to be desired and should be reviewed seriously.
Initially, we were allotted Room No. 206, where the mattress was in extremely poor condition — the springs were protruding and there was a large hole in it. After raising a complaint, we were shifted to Room No. 209.
We hope that these issues will be addressed promptly to improve the overall guest experience.
