Heerlijk oud charmant boshotel
Pros:

Locatie, heerlijke eten, de enorme kamer, het was er schoon, de mensen gastvrij, beetje apart ;-), gewoon een heerlijke plek. Echt een boshotel.

Een uniek hotem
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel. Je gaat terug in de tijd waarin er ruimte is voor rust, dankzij het uiterst vriendelijke en plezierige personeel. Het eten is er heerlijk. De omgeving is prachtig. Silbermühle is een uniekum.

Mystische Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer bezaubernd. Preise für das Abendessen viel zu hoch, für das Frühstück okay.

Cons:

Ziemlich unfreundliche Dame, die nachmittags und beim Frühstück dabei war. Genervt, weil man statt Rührei ei gekochtes Ei wollte. Dies wurde dann ohne ein Wort auf die Tischkante geknallt....
Der Chef war nicht viel freundlicher, sehr unflexibel....

Tolles, uriges Hotel mit Charme in ausgezeichneter Lage

Ein tolles, altes Hotel mit ganz viel Charme. Dazu noch die ruhige, tolle Lage direkt am Wald.

Sehr sauber, sehr gemütlich
Ein Körbchen mit Leckereien stand zur Begrüßung bereit, sowie ein kleiner Obstkorb und kostenlose Kaffeekapseln.
Es wurde uns sofort ein Heizlüfter bereitgestellt, als wir anmerkte dass es morgens im Bad sehr kalt sei, trotz der Heizung, die man aber nicht verstellen konnte. Damit wurde es dann muckelig warm...
Die Betten waren herrlich gemütlich... Für meinen Mann waren die Matratzen zu weich, er bekam dadurch Rückenschmerzen...
Es war sehr leise im Haus...

Cons:

Lediglich, dass wir nun doch kein Zimmer mit Balkon bekommen haben, wie vorher telefonisch mit dem Hausherren besprochen.... Schade, aber auch nicht weiter schlimm... Es war trotzdem toll...

Comfortable room but faded glory...
Pros:

We got an upgrade to a huge and very nice room! That was very nice! Also the room was very clean.

Cons:

Different then the pictures make look, the outside area need to proper clean what has not done in years! It does not look good!
It has sooo much potential but the terrace, walls, waterpond and woodwork looked filty and no maintenance at all. Such a shame and disappointing.
Friendliness could have been better as well and when you come with a dog, a extra €20,- per night will be charged.

Historische locatie midden in de bossen voor ultieme rust
Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima en personeel deed echt hun best om het ons naar de zin te maken. Locatie is ideaal, midden in de bossen en ze hebben een mooie vijver. We waardeerden de rust.

Cons:

Hotel heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud, en is behoorlijk ouderwets. Maar dat kan ook weer z'n charme hebben. Er werdt elke ochtend direct gevraagd wat je als avondeten wenst. Dit kan wat "gedwongen" overkomen.
