Convenient, clean & safe

Paper thin walls kept me awake all night with loud guests 1st night. 2nd night a George Michaelĺ tribute band was booming through the walls and floor boards until 10.40pm
Cheap and cheerful, clean and easy to access and check in.
Only one small window so it was a bit dark in the room with limited natural light.
Nice comfortable room - had everything we needed. Desk made it easy to work from room before going to office. Plenty of space.

Very comfortable bed, fresh crisp bed linen, extra pillows. Remote check in efficient and practical.
Property looked tired and in need of a re fresh. Litter on floor just inside entrance when we arrived still there next day. Marks on walls, grubby chair, very noisy due to location on high street. Parking a short walk away and chargeable through the week.

I made a Booking and we stayed outside for more than 2 hours because the invoice we had diid not have the correct door combination,,when we called no- one at the Property responded.
We were given access after calling Booking.com whoalso failed to get hold of anyone at the Property when eventually we got inside we did not hav a room number as the invoice did not bear one we struggled again and so did booking .com attendants.
We sent an email whose response we onlly saw long after leaving the property
After failing to enter the rooms we left and had to seek alternative accomodation elsewhere.
I think it would be noble if we can be compensated for such as.we did not even access the room.Please refer to yourCCTV Footage.
