Great spot surrounded with bars, restaurants, take-aways, coffee shops and convenience stores
Pros:

Check-in/check-out was as easy as it gets, just pin entry codes. Took me a few moments to realize that I had to also enter the '#' key for the door to open.
The room was clean, good shower, large towel and tea making facility.
The place is located in the middle of a shopping area with bars, restaurants, takeaways, coffee shops and convenience stores.
I went to sleep at 9pm and was not disturbed by any noise apart from the occasional door closing across the landing

Cons:

The lamp on the desk did not work and the towel rail was not working

Very impressed with the room down side no onsite parking
Pros:

Really impressed with the room, good size, clean, modern decor, great shower. Liked that there was a fan in the room as it was quite warm when we stayed and the bottled water was a nice touch.

Cons:

Unfortunately no on-site parking, although there is public parking opposite but for security reasons this was a concern.
