Cons:

Номерной фонд старый, в одном из 2х снятых номеров воняло толи канализацией толи не пойми чем! Полотенца с отвратительным затхлым запахом! Постельное белье так же, плюс в постели был песок и на подушке волосы! И не понятно, толи оно плохо выстираное, или же вообще не поменяли после предыдущих гостей....

The cleanliness was disappointing — the room had an unpleasant smell, and the shower was not properly cleaned. The building itself is old and poorly maintained, which added to the overall discomfort. The tap water had a strange, lemon-like taste and did not seem safe to drink; we had to use bottled water even to brush our teeth

Невисока ціна, привітний персонал.

Cons:

В номерах на верхньому поверсі під час сильного вітру продуває мансардні вікна. Якщо буде метіль, може трохи випасти снігу :)
В санвузлах відсутня вентиляція.

Ми впоралися, з усім, це не стало проблемою.

Чисті халати, одноразові капці, поставили 0,5 мінеральної води, гаряча вода, телевізор з виходом в інтернет, чистий туалет, туалетний папір, чисті рушники.

Cons:

Слабкий wi-fi, простинь на ліжку була порвана, в кімнаті холодно, але від туалету працювали сушка для одягу і від неї йшло тепло.

Cons:

Було холодно, довелося спати одягненим. Номер нагрівся лише під середину ночі. Тому просіть прогріти номера до вашого приїзду. Звукоізоляція відсутня як явище. Хтось один ходить - трясеться вся будівля. Ввічливий, але безпомічний персонал. В номері запах каналізації.
