Paikka oli kaunis ja rauhallinen. Autokuski, hieroja ja siistijä🌹

Sijainti. Surkean tien päässä, mitään ei ollut lähellä.

Ruoka ja juoma, useammat tuotteet loppu, luvattiin tilata, muttei viikon aikana ehtinyt tulla. Aamupala yksitoikkoinen, pyysimme mehua, koska kaikki eivät juoneet kahvia/ teetä, niin saimme parina aamuna vain kylmää vettä. Hedelmävalikoima maassa loistava, aamupalalla silti vain banaani, vesimeloni ja ananas joka ikinen aamu. Ei koskaan juustoa eikä vihanneksia.

Paristi tilasimme drinkin uima-altaalle, niiden teko kesti yli puolituntia vaikka olimme ainoat asiakkat ja henkilökuntaa oli useita paikalla. Useamminkin oisimme siitä huolimatta tilanneet, muttei kukaan välittänyt meille palvelua edes tarjota.

Henkilökunta ei tervehtinyt, palvelu ei toiminut, sovitut asiat eivät hoituneet.
Uima-allas putsattiin osittain joka päivä, mutta välillä reunat ällöttävät, kiertoa ei pidetty päällä kun kahtena päivänä lomamme aikana. Aurinkotuolit surkeassa kunnossa, useampi poikkipuu poikki.

Huoneessamme käytiin tekemässä korjaustöitä ja he menivät ja tulivat miten halusivat, meille ei ilmoitettu mitään, kovasti touhua ihmettelimme.

Myös sähköt oli poikki talosta usean tunnin ajan korjauksien vuoksi, tästäkään meille ei kerrottu.

Lähtiessämme talosta lukitsimme ovet, kun palasimme ovi oli auki. No eipä sillä ollut suurta merkitystä, koska lähes jokaisesta ikkunasta pääsi sisälle, niitä ei saanut kunnolla lukkoon.

Tuli olo, ettei meitä arvostettu lainkaan asiakkaina, eikä meitä haluttu palvella.

Vaikka paikka olikin hieno, en suosittele. Lähistöltä löytyy hotelli, jossa asiakkaita arvostetaan ja palvellaan.

Very nice location with great food
Pros:

Great location with beautiful gardens and spacious homes. Nice pool and ocean view restaurant. Very helpful staff at the reception.

Cons:

Hard beds, hotel is situated remote with almost nothing close by, and the road to the hotel is very bad.

Magnifique suite avec vue sur mer.
Pros:

Magnifique chambre avec vue sur mer. C'est pas donné mais cela vaut le coup.
Personnel très sympa et hotel bien tenu.

Cons:

Un peu loin de Stone town mais c'est le prix de la tranquillité et de la vue sur mer.

L'accueil, le paysage, la piscine, la villa VUGA et le jardin, les fleurs

Le matelas dans la chambre de la villa VUGA, le service au restaurant trop lent, l'hygiène dans certains locaux de la villa VUGA excepté les chambres et les salons et enfin l'hygiène de la piscine et son utilisation par les clients à revoir et réorganiser

No alcohol , but in fairness knew that before booking, and just next door was Arnoldo’s bar, which was a great little spot with lovely views, delish snacks, wine and beer

Gardens are beautiful. Friendly staff and helpful.

Cons:

Photos are outdated and upgrading is needed. The road to the hotel is really bad. No sea access from the hotel. Restaurant is open and when it rained we had a very wet unpleasant dining experience. Power tripped at least 2-3 times per day and we had to manually reset the power in our block
