Phòng không sạch, chăn đệm bị ngứa, còn có vết bẩn, sofa thì có gì nhớt nhớt nữa. Không có nước nóng. Cách sắp xếp phòng không hợp lý. Vô đây thì nên đi nhiều người nha không thì sợ tại vắng. Không có nước nóng cũng đành đằng này nước yếu thì thôi, vòi còn bị hư nữa. Còn cái gương đối diện cửa ra vào nữa hơi sợ nha.

Pros:

I was looking for somewhere close to the airport and the property is about a 20 minute walk. A very cool and quirky place

My room was two levels which meant the bathroom and bed were on different levels which isnt so great at night. No aircon and a noisy fan

Pros:

There's a nice view of the waterfall. The beds are large and comfortable. It's fairly cheap considering the size of the rooms. Free parking space. (Note that Google Maps tries to take you down the wrong alley to get to the homestay - make sure you go down the one that has a big sign with the name of the homestay over the top!)

Cons:

TV was broken. Bathroom had rat droppings in it. Some of the lights weren't working. Room facilities weren't accurately described - we originally booked a room that said it had 2 sofa beds in addition to the bed, but we had to upgrade because the room supplied didn't include any sofa beds. The onsite restaurant and nearby eateries were all closed when we arrived at 7.30 PM, not exactly late!

Great view! Close to the airport but far from everything.
Pros:

The place is beautiful, especially the exterior. The view of the mountain and waterfall is incredible! The staff helped us a lot, although communication was a little difficult, nothing that the translator couldn't solve. Regarding the room, it had working air conditioning, a hot shower and a comfortable bed. For short stays (1-2 days) it's great. Very close to the airport.

Cons:

Cleaning, as always, was not the best. There were a lot of ants and mosquitoes (in relation to mosquitoes, there isn't much you can do, due to the nature around). The hotel is very beautiful but lacks maintenance. The furniture is very old. There are no restaurants nearby, we arrived at 7pm, tried to order a Grab, but there was no delivery option. It's outside the city.
