Sehr netter Flair, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, mit viel Liebe hergerichtet und vorbildlich sauber.
Cons:

Freitag und Samstag ist in der Nachtbar jeweils Cuba-Nacht mit Musik bis ca. 2 Uhr in der Früh.
Der Vermieter hat uns informiert und für uns war es OK, da wir einen guten Schlaf haben.
Für lärmempfindliche Menschen kann das störend sein.

Die Lage war ok

Cons:

Nach dem Einchecken würde uns mitgeteilt, dass heute bis 2 Uhr morgens Musik gespielt wird. Die würde dann in dröhnender Lautstärke bis 2.30 gespielt, auch die Ohrstöpsel halfen nur bedingt. Obwohl wir kubanischeusik eigentlich ganz gerne hören. Das Frühstück war na ja.

Una notte di Sabato sera, direzione AMA music festival
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza, la pulizia e la posizione della struttura. Stanza con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato, munito di doccia e bidet.

Cons:

Dire che non mi sia piaciuto qualcosa è un po' esagerato, solamente il fatto che, la struttura è compresa di locale notturno a parte, quindi, c'è un po di musica e vociare fino ad abbastanza tardi, o quanto meno nel weekend in cui ho soggiornato io, per una notte, per ciò difficile dire che sia così 365 giorni all' anno, e di conseguenza non si può definire una nota negativa in assoluto. Dipende dal cliente, magari per qualcuno può essere anche un vantaggio.

La struttura ha i suoi anni, ma è estremamente pulita e dagli spazi generosi. La posizione è ottima e il personale è davvero carino e gentile.

Cons:

Migliorerei forse gli arredi che sono essenziali, ma alla fine c'è tutto quello che serve ed è funzionale.
