Had a fab time with family unfortunately booked the sandringham.
Pros:

Thank god for the lift, was on 4 th floor, was £109 didn’t include breakfast. Parked in shopping centre car park so extra £12 single bed room .tired and very dated hotel Tiny room and showeroom. Premier inn is much better value for money. Perfect view . Staff helpful but won’t return.

Cons:

Rooms need updating. Include breakfast as room price was high.

Where do I start very disappointed with hotel in general definitely not value for money

Pros:

I was very pleased with the hotel and staff .
The properly was undergoing refurbishment, but that did not affect us at all. The staff went out of their way to help us.
