The view and the pillows were comfy

Cons:

No decent window for air circulation. Room was hot, no air con, or fan provided. Bugs coming out of the shower and toilet pipes smelt every time it was flushed. 2 adults and 2 children, very little sleep due to being way to hot. Very sorry but wouldn't stay here again.

Great for a certain age group not so much for anyone else.

The rooms appear to have been newly renovated

Cons:

The staff only seen to interested in you if you are on one of their company coach trips. The staff were rude to my husband when we were trying to check in because they were busy seeing to those guests to we had to wait. They were all serving them their dinner in the dining room. There was another couple in the bar but they were told the bar is closed as they were busy serving dinner for the guests. Although the rooms did appear to be newly renovated they were the size of a shoe box. The shower cubicle was a real struggle to get in and out of and I’m only a size 12-14 so if you any bigger it will be a struggle. There is plenty of storage and a desk/chair with a mirror in the room but not a lot of floor space. I won’t be staying there again that’s for sure.

Budget two star hotel - what we expected.
Pros:

Breakfast not included. Good large family room. Prime location opposite Weston's main attraction 'The Grand Pier'.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything fine.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable

Cons:

The fact that because we weren't part of coach parties we couldn't have breakfast or evening meal 😒 so we had to go out to eat.Although thete are lots of choices it wasn't specified on my booking that we were not allowed in restaurant. An awful lot of money just to sleep.We didn't stay our 2 days 😪 and we definitely won't be back.

Stay was very enjoyable. Was a warm room. But was a heat wave. Over 30 degrees.

Was glad to leave, will not stay again. Si ce new owners has gone downhill.

Location suitable for our needs, on the front with a window facing the sea and very near to all amenities including Winter Gardens where we attended an event

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. Small portions, cheap products and was not Full English as stated. Hotel catered more for older coach holiday guests. WiFi / Internet very poor. Tv did not work for first 2 nights then started working on 3rd day. Cleanliness was poor, lots of dust on stairs. Coffee poor quality
