Pros:

Service sher gut, Abendesssen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Frühstrück hat uns gut gefallen und war ausreichen. Lokal war geschmackvoll restauriert.

nice they could do better

it was almost all ok but english not a local knowledge.

the bed was a bit disconfortable. Me with my 95kg body was not sleeping so nicely.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist vorzüglich und das Jacob Bier mundet ebenso. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ich kann den Gasthof wärmstens empfehlen.

Dieses Super Hotel , gut im Centrum von Wernberg- Köblitz gelegen, familienfreundlich werden wir bestimmt wieder besuche
Pros:

Hier gibt es einen tollen Service, das Zimmer war sehr schön und mollig warm. Das Servicepersonal hat uns sehr lieb bedient und alle unsere Fragen beantwortet. Das Essen ( wir hatten leider nur Frühstück, weil uns Freunde zum Geburtstag eingeladen hatten) sah sehr lecker aus und schmeckte auch wunderbar und war sehr umfangreich. Vielen Dank und 5 Sterne von uns. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder,

Freundliches Personal und gute Unterkunft
Pros:

Durch meine späte Anreise wurde auf mich gewartet, ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und für den nächsten Morgen wurde mir auch ein kleines Lunchpaket gepackt. Großes geräumiges Zimmer und ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorm Hotel. Gutes Frühstück, nicht Buffet.

Cons:

Die Absprache zwischen den Kollegen könnte besser sein. Abend nach der Zeit zum Frühstück gefragt, zusammen auf 7Uhr geeinigt. Am Morgen danach war dann niemand da, nach telefonischer Rückfrage hat dann noch alles geklappt. Auch wenn es später war.
