Der Preis ist eindeutig zu hoch für dieses "Quartier".
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, freundliches Personal, Sauberkeit ok, Frühstücksbuffet ok.

Cons:

Bei dem Appartements handelt es sich um ausgediente Ferienwohnungen, wenig einladend. Die alten Küchenmöbel sind noch da, aber kein Equipment dazu, die Duschkabine ist defekt, die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind olle. Insgesamt benötigen Sanitär und Einrichtung ein Update. Die Krönung war eine Tür aus Klarglas zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern. Das Hotel an sich wirkte etwas "unsortiert", bis in den Gastraum hinein stand irgendwelches Zeug herum. Unsere Vorabanfrage bzgl. Parken wurde zunächst positiv beantwortet, wirkte sehr entspannt, vor Ort dann komplett anders, kein Parkplatz in Sicht, auch nicht in näherer Umgebung.

Cons:

Die Lage der Fewo war jedoch eine Katastrophe, im EG direkt an der Straße mit Fußweg, die Köpfe der Passanten liefen ständig vorbei. Auf den Bildern war die Fewo im OG. Weiterhin waren die Möbel verschlissen, das 2. Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster, Fußbodenfliesen lose, Wände mit (Wasser?)-Flecken, HK verbeult

Ferienwohnung zum schlafen geeignet. 😩
Pros:

Sehr zentral an der Promenade gelegen.
Wir sind durch das Hotel Bellevue gelaufen und waren am Strand.

Cons:

Die Ferienwohnung war zwar groß, aber sehr schmudelig.
Sie lag auch zur Nebenstraße und man konnte die Fenster nicht weit öffnen, da sonst die Passanten rein kucken konnten.
Das Dusche ging nicht richtig zu.
Das Waschbecken hatte Sprungrisse und die Heizung sah nicht schön aus.
Der Eingang vom Hotel sah nicht sehr schön aus und war um die Ecke beim Hotel Bellevue.

Furchtbare Unterkunft!
Pros:

Das Frühstück im benachbarten Hotel.

Cons:

Das angebliche Zimmer. Total veraltete Einrichtung, heruntergekommen und Schmutz in allen Ecken.
